Mumblecore State
What you get is not so much coverage of an event as the event becoming the coverage.

Meow was a gallery in the living room of a classically shit sharehouse in Carlton, Melbourne. Artists Hana Earles, Brenna Olver, and Calum Lockey were the curators. Lockey didn’t live there, but he may as well have. Between December 2018 and March 2019, Meow hosted just four solo exhibitions (Brenna Olver, Alethea Everard, Liam Osborne, and Hana Earles, respectively), and each of the openings was filmed and turned into a “MeowTV” episode in collaboration with artist and director Carmen-Sibha Keiso. The first four episodes aired on community TV (Channel 31 in Melbourne and Geelong),
but most of us watched them on Lockey’s YouTube channel.
